Up for auction is a Low Mileage 1 Owner 2008 Four Winds Chateau Sport 29ft Class C Motorhome with Only 20,876 Miles! This is Chevrolet Express 3500 Workhorse with a 6.0L GM Vortec V8 Engine and Automatic Transmission. This unit can be used as a regular RV or a Mobile Office like it was intended for. The exterior does not have any decals. The front bunk is solid and exterior sidewalls up front overhead are solid. The wheels are 16" with chrome simulators and dual rear wheels. The cab has tan cloth seating, tan carpeting, power windows, power door locks, cruise, tilt, tow/haul, A/C, dual airbags, Jensen VR182 CD MP3 WMA Sirius Ready stereo, 3 cup holders. The front bunk overhead has the mattress, windows and valances with day/night shades, power jensen TV folds in and out and front curtain. The living room has tan carpeting, jack knife tan sofa, pattern dinette booth with matching valances and day/night shades. The kitchen to the back has vinyl flooring which is a tile pattern. The kitchen has the countertop with sink, 3 burner stove/oven, vent system, microwave and Norcold refrigerator. The bathroom has the main area with a full door and has the toilet, sink, vanity and mirror. The shower would be on the right side hallway- it does not have a shower in there but could be converted back to having one, instead a shelf was put in with a countertop and lower cabinet, it still has the shower skylight dome. Where the master bedroom would be is a desk type area with 2 benches with vinyl cushions and storage behind them, it has dual mirror closets and upper cabinets, recessed area for a TV and has a roof vent. It also has the valances with day/night shades. The generator is an Onan 4000 micro Quiet with 446 hours . It has an atwood furnace and roof A/C. 46 gal fresh water. The exterior has a few scuffs, the side rear last cabinets doors has a few scuffs and one has a 2 cracks in the door, there are a few small dents and a few pieces of metal trim that were applied to the molding area at the rear. The unit runs and rives 100% Only 20k Miles. The interior has some wear, the carpet may have some stains and there are some areas where stickers or name plates were removed that took some of the top layer of laminate wood look off.
