Used 29" Four Winds Five Thousand Motor Home. Chevy 2500 w/ Vortec V8. RV was fleet maintained. Good Condition Mechanically. KITCHEN area was remodeled in 2018 (new paint, new vinyl floor). New Short Queen Mattress installed May 2018. RV runs and drives with no problems. 6 brand new tires installed in May 2018. Hot Water heater and holding tanks are in good working order. All hookups work as they should. The RV is road worthy and ready to camp with hookups. No slide on this model. The bad Water damage in Cab over area (due to leak around windows) Leak is recurrent and I have been unable to stop it. It also has mold in the cabover area. Minor water damage above kitchen cabinet (roof vent was left open by previous owner) Check engine light is on (O2 sensors need replacing) On Board Generator not working correctly (will run, but smokes) Radio not working One of the storage tanks has come loose from the frame and drain pipe, need to be refitted and restrapped to under carriage, and PVC pipe reglued.
