Overview: 30ft, sleeps 6-10, queen in rear room, full bed on nose above van cabin, table folds to bed, sofa folds to bed. Camode and sink in one room. Seperate shower. Fridge works off propane and electrical hookup, propane stove, new microwave, new ceiling ac/heating unit from Dometic. It has been sitting up and would like to sell to make room for new toys. Nada private sell value is between low 21,200 to pristine 27,000. Florida RV no heavy rust anywhere. Engine and transmission gives me no problems to start and engage, multiple trips to Orlando with no issue. The outside 9/10 some hard water stains is the worst of it from being hooked up to well water at home and at campsites, no dents, scratches, no peeling paint. Roof 8/10 has one piece rubber roof cut to size, last weather caulking in May this year. Interior 7/10 normal use of sofas and bed. Cabinets, walls all clean. Some hard water staining in shower area and sinks. Cummings Generator turns on and works like a champ. Last service and oil change using only Cummings parts and oil 01/2018. New microwave and all burners on stove top work.
The Bad *It will need a new coach water pump for the fresh water. Current one works but runs at lower speed, probably on its way out or terminals need cleaning. Do it yourself repair of 20 minutes and 75.00 or less for new pump. *Pilot lights for both the propane coach heater, and refrigerator need to be cleaned and or replaced. 1hour labor each at a shop. 2hours x 120.00 = 240.00 plus parts if needed. *Converter works fine, but charger is not functional. I have been using a 10a/2amp battery charger to maintain coach battery. The whole original electrical system panel (converter, charger, fuse, breakers) can be found from 300.00-700.00 online. 200.00-500.00 for install at a shop. *Will need a new turn signal switch lever to steering column. Do it yourself repair 30 minutes 130.00 for lever *Will need new toilet stuck in open position. Foot lever no longer opens and closes toilet, only flushes. Amazon 130.00 for new toilet.
