My parents are the original and current owners. This camper has always been very well taken care of inside and out. Inside is immaculate. Outside has regularly been cleaned and waxed. The only issues with this camper would be that some of the graphics are showing age. Other than that all is great! I would estimate less than 1,000 miles per year. They normally would go on average of 3 trips per year, mostly from Atlanta, GA to Florida or Pigeon Forge, TN. They have not been anywhere in the last 3 years or so and are ready to sell.
The original equipment list is included for viewing (see pic). In addition, some other details worth noting are: Replaced original mattress with a pillow-top mattress. New Tires. Awning is only 3 years old. Central Vacuum system. Everything works. Please look at all the pictures closely for overall condition and please ask questions and I will do my best to answer.
We also have an air-ride hitch for sale separately for $1,000 (it was $1,600 new).
