I have been familiar with this RV throughout the previous two owners over the years and its is extremely well kept and clean! Just 37k miles driven. Recent maintenance over the last few years includes but not limited to; Resealed Roof (Never Any Leaks), Front End Gone Through & Upgraded Antisway, Upgraded Rear Antisway Equipment, Bilstein Smooth Body Front Shocks, Bilstein Smooth Body Rear Shocks, Upgraded Front & Rear Brake Equipment, Full Synthetic Fluids Throughout, O2 Sensors, Professional Chassis Shop Alignment With Upgraded Thrust Plates & more misc. items that I am likely forgetting. All new Michelin tires were also installed in 2015 and look fantastic with zero cracking or drying out. This coach spent most of its life in the south. Two owners ago only sold due to declining health of his wife and the previous owners purchased it from me and decided to go larger. You can fly in and drive this one home anywhere!
The double slide floorplan offers a ton of interior space in a smaller coach like this. The walkthrough bath helps to offer more space for the sink, toilet and shower which is preferred. This is the Grand Touring Series with backup cam, upgraded mattress upgraded cabinets, upgraded fixtures, solid surface counter tops and the construction quality feels very good. It has a stainless steel 3 burner cooktop, microwave/convection combo and stainless steel hood vent.
