Vehicle description
Always parked under a covered shelter, this 5th wheel camper is in excellent condition. It has an automotive painted finish that is easy to maintain and gets cleaned before and after each outing. It is a triple slide with rear bunkhouse bedroom for the kids and a queen size air-mattress fold-out bed in the living room (in addition to the real queen bed in front). One of the best features is the HUGE amount of storage space this unit has - so you can take it all with you! (see photos). This camper has never had any leaks.
It features:
- NEW EquaFlex by TrailAir Suspension
- Second season on new tires
- Recent new brakes (self adjusting)
- Triple hydraulic slides with self retracting slide covers
- New Vent / Fantastic fan covers
- True Queen sized bed (not RV Queen) in front master bedroom
- 13K BTU ducted air conditioner - blows cold
- Prepped for second a/c unit if desired
- Prepped for washer/dryer
- Residential digital thermostat (much more accurate than original)
- All appliances work great:
- Propane heater
- Freezer/Refridgerator
- Microwave
- Gas/Electric water heater
- Stove/Oven
- Central vacuum system
- Surround sound stereo system
- 2 MaxiFans (one in living area is thermostatically controlled)
* NOTE: the rear bedroom originally had a single bunk (upper) and a J-couch (in the lower that folded out into a bed. I converted it to two bunks - but it can easily be converted back to the J-couch.
We can work out a deal to include some or all of the camping gear in case this is your first camper. This could include, hoses, sewer lines, outdoor carpets, chairs, BBQ, portable dump trailer, dishes, etc. . . (a few thousand dollars in total).
If you need a tow vehicle, I may also be persuaded to sell (separately) my rare 2006 Dodge 2500 Laramie Cummins Turbo Diesel MegaCab truck. It has just 103K miles and is loaded with every feature - and it is a manual 6 spd transmission. Set up to tow, it has a PacBrake system, rear air bags and a SouthBend Dual Disc Clutch. It has too many features to list here. The price above does not include the truck - it is for the camper only.
Note there is some fading of the graphics on the outside of the camper (where the sun still manages to hit it), but new decal sets can be ordered from Cedar Creek. The awning works well but is showing its age.
Thank you for looking!
This is available for pick up just outside of Charlotte, NC. I will assist making the camper available if you elect to have a third party ship it to you. Shipping is the buyer"s responsibility.
