Very nice 2008 Fleetwood Utah Trailer with Dinette Slideout, Storage Trunk, and Propane Tank Cover. Includes 3 burner inside stove and 2 burner outside stove, a 13,500 btu AC unit, and very nice cassette toilet. New power converter, New 30 amp twist lock power inlet, New outside shower, New industrial faucet with sprayer nozzle, New digital Thermostat, New battery (80 AH diehard). Replaced all exterior and interior lights with LEDs for better visibility and battery usage. We also installed a wireless rear view camera for better visibility while driving or backing up. Canvas is in good condition throughout. We patched one tiny hole we found in the tenting to the right of the door. There is a little bubbling on the ceiling wall paper in front of the kitchen from previous condensation. Roof is in good repair (no cracks, no leaks). We are also including a 15 gal gray water tank, 2 twist-lock adapters (15A & 30A), 50 ft 30A extension cord, wheel chocks, leveler and sand pads.
We are willing to deliver the Camper within 150 miles of Indianapolis, IN. Outside of that range the buyer will be responsible for pick-up or shipping.
We have owned this trailer for just over a year and had a fabulous time with it. Trips to Florida, Michigan, and Central Indiana. Our 2010 Honda Odyssey (with installed transmission cooler) pulled it like a dream. We are moving soon and can’t take it with us. Please give this trailer a good home. We put a lot of love into it!
