2008 Dutchmen Victory 35SRV 35" Fifth Wheel Toy Hauler. Dual slide outs. Separated garage space from living space. Heavy duty spring assist rear ramp for super easy loading. Tie down tracks, etc. Has a screen to allow garage area to be used enclosed. Thermostatically controlled fan in garage area. Tri-axle with 6 lug aluminum wheels, good tires and bearings. Matching aluminum spare. Large awning in good shape. This is a 4 season toyhauler with ducted heat through the floor, AC in the ceiling, heated water and waste tanks. Power leveling jacks, exterior lighting, fuel depot, lots of storage underneath. Elec or propane appliances. Outdoor and indoor showers.Has gooseneck adapter, can be used with gooseneck or 5th wheel style hitch. Very clean in and out. Never lived in, never used for intended purpose. Has next to no mileage on it. All original owners manuals. I bought it a few years back from a small dealer. From what Ive gathered, they had it at a seasonal campsite with a golf cart in back, and never pulled it down the road. I bought it to put up north on some land for snowmobiling and dirtbiking, but ended up getting a house up there within a month of buying camper. Ive only used a few times for local camping trips. Perfect for motorcycle,utv, atv, dirtbikes, snowmobile and other racing, camping with storage, taking cross country and bringing your motorcycle or buggy along. Camper has a small repair in the front between the front slide and where the truck bed is. It appears to have been properly repaired. It has another small repair in the rear above the side garage door. The floors and underside are solid. The camper doesn"t stink like fuel, pets, mildew or other unmaintained camper smells. It has a fuel (gasoline) tank for filling up your toys when out in the woods or desert. The filler pump didn"t work when I tried it last. It is prewired for a generator. Id love to show it if you are able to check it out. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. Not perfect, but very nice and plenty clean. If you are very picky, it will likely cost you a little time and effort to have back to as new condition, so please account for this. If you want a nice toyhauler camper that you can take to the races this weekend, and don"t want spend 65K on one, here it is. Ive priced it to sell. Im selling everything I don"t use anymore.
