It"s 36" long Trailer has brand new tires, just replaced as well as a brand new 12 gallon water heater. 3 burner Stove, Oven, Microwave, 2 A/C units with nice cold air, ducted heat, refrigerator, flat screen TV and sound system, on board eureka vacuum all in good working order. Roof is good. No leaks, no water damage. Lots of interior solid wood cabinets (not particle board) for storage of food, clothing and all your necessities. Plenty of exterior storage underneath for all your camping gear. 3 Slides give ample interior space . Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and pull out couch. Room for an air mattress for additional guests. Nice size mirrored closet in the front bedroom. Has stand up shower, brand new toilet and closet space in the private bathroom. Duel entry to the bathroom. Carpet freshly cleaned. Very comfortable reclining chairs have new covers. Non-smoking family. The truck that pulled this trailer is also available for sale.
