*Please see prior water damage on slide out wall above "bless this home" sign. The leak was professionally repaired but we did not replace panel due to not finding a perfect match. Roof has also been professionally coated with high quality compatible rv roof sealant. ROOF IS 100% SOLID. FLOOR IS 100% SOLID.
To answer your question about the roof. There was nothing wrong with the roof, it is all original. It was coated to PREVENT potential leaks. If you know anything about RVs, they ALL leak eventually if not properly maintained.
Title is clean but does say "rebuilt" this is due to an insurance claim on the water damage and the back right side of the unit. The lower aluminum valance panel and corner trim was damaged in a minor accident. This area was professionally repaired and is undetectable. See picture where the power cord is attached to the unit. That is the area which was replaced/repaired.
