| “Okay, so this unit is offered up "AS-IS" because it exceeds 12 years and is relatively harder to finance. Overall, this unit is in fantastic shape for it's year. Here's the scoop. There is some minor delam going on in the rear slideout. The leather seats up front are weather-beaten but not shot. There's a small gouge in the entry door fiberglass. The shower surround has two cracks near the top (visible in the picture). The rear slide is sluggish but operates. Some of the pleated shades are losing form. On the good side- the engine and trans and generator start instantly and all run PERFECTLY! The interior is near perfect. BRAND NEW SOFA! No smells, no major spots and no soft spots and no evidence of leaks. The tyres are near brand new. Batteries seem OK. No collisions outside and no kid mayhem inside. This RV was immaculately cared for by intelligent people. We can demonstrate that all appliances and features operate as they should before you buy. This is a great unit!” |
