Our family of 7 purchased this RV a few months ago as a transition “home” while moving to a new area. We have used it for about a month and are now closing on our new house and will not need it any longer. After we purchased this RV, we did some remodeling to it. We replaced the queen sized mattress with a brand new one and also bought two brand new mattresses for the Bunkhouse. We covered the couch and the dinette. We added a rack for hanging coffee mugs. We replaced the sewage hose and bought a portable tank for partial hookups. We added a new propane tank. We added hardware to hang curtains in the bunk room. We upgraded the curtains, flooring, and overall look of the RV. (We kept the original forest green accessories if someone would rather reset to that look). We have now lived in the RV for a month and I can verify the following: *Fridge and freezer work fine. *Stove and oven work great. Oven fits full sized pans and cooks fine. *Water hookups are great. Toilet, sinks, and shower all work like new. *Black and grey tanks work as they are supposed to. Grey tank does not close all the way for some reason, but the cap keeps it from leaking. *Microwave works, but certain buttons don’t work for some reason. Not sure if it’s the unit or operator error. *TV and DVD player work. We never could figure out the surround sound all the way, but didn’t put much effort into it. *Awning works manually, but retracting button doesn’t work and one of the arms needs some welding. We were able to use it manually. *Both propane tanks are in working order. *Light bulbs have all been changed inside and work great. One of the back taillights is burnt out. Hopefully we will remember to replace it :). *Air conditioner works great and kept us more than cool enough in the middle of a hot summer. *Needs new carbon dioxide and smoke detectors. RV comes with the following accessories: *Hitch to put in a truck and pull the unit *Portable “poop tank” to empty grey and black water where there are no hookups *Sewage attachments *Chock blocks *Power adapter so you can plug the 30v plug into a normal outlet *Clean water hose *Curtains and furniture covers
This RV has two slides outs and sleeps up to 10 with a queen, 4 bunks, a pull out sofa, and a dinette that turns into a bed. Also double sink, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, DVD player, TV, and amazing storage options.
RV is currently parked in Conyers, Ga and will need to be picked up by buyer. Feel free to ask questions.
