suite have slide outs
Sleeps 8 with wrap around bunkhouse for the kids.
ALUMINUM CAGE STRUCTURE - For a long lasting and rigid structure
this RV has been constructed with a full aluminum cage. Light and durable.
Has a pull out sofa bed, master queen bed and double bunk beds.
Cabinetry is of a high grade of quality.
The cabinet doors are all hardwood rather than cheaper paneling or particle board with a sticker wrap.
Good tires plus one spare tire
Good battery
Propane tank
Very clean inside

LARGER REFRIGERATOR - With 33% more cold storage than
the standard fifth wheel fridge/freezer
Unit does have an area in the back of the unit that was damaged by water on the back left side.
The Interior door going into the bunkhouse has swelled and does not close all the way.
The decals have some scratches and some fading.
Decals are still available from the manufacturer we recently replaced one of the decals.
Toilet seat is discolored but fully functional.
Free Delivery in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach County within 7 days of auction end.
For all other areas it is the buyer"s responsibility to pick up the RV within 7
days of the end of auction with the proper transporting vehicle equipped to haul the RV.
A $500 non refundable deposit will be due at end of auction and full payment
due within 7 days of auction end in form of Cash or Cashier"s Check only.
