Nice versatile motorhome with very low mileage, 17,300 miles. The back room can be another living area as a couch and table, or the bed comes out, it is a spring air mattress. There is already a satellite installed on the roof, kingdome, remote signal finder wired in bedroom and it comes with both Direct Tv and Dish boxes. Has two 32 inch tvs, one in the overhead area of the cab and another in the bedroom. DVD player in living room. Separate toilet and shower areas. 6 gallon water heater. Convection/microwave combo, three burner stove. Comes with a 50ft heated hose, regular hose, lynx levelers, 4 jacks, sewer hose and connecter, large never used outdoor mat. Has an Pioneer dvd/Sirius/pandora/Bluetooth detachable stereo system, back up camera (Pioneer model AVH-4100NEX). Tires are like new Michelins. Has large storage area below the living room floor, great for valuables you don"t want in the outside compartments. Great gas motorhome that is easy to drive. I will list more specifics below. I have a two year old and a 7 month old and we aren"t going to be using this anytime so soon, so instead of letting it go to waste I am selling it. The previous owner damaged and fixed the overhead bed area, I included pictures to show both the inside and outside of the area. I have also resealed the roof around all the exterior components, we"ve had a few rains and it has remained dry. There was some issue with a leak with its previous owner, but so far I have not had issue with water. This is an area that could use a repair, right bottom corner of where the over the cab bed is. This damage was done before I owned it, it hasn"t been an issue for me so I have not done anything with it. I will be happy to answer any questions and I do have more photos available.
