This coach has only 42,148 miles and is loaded with Hydraulic self leveling, Solar, Roof integrated Gerard electric awning with electric window awnings. Solid counters and Heated tile floors. Rear and side cameras, Fiberglass roof, Exterior entertainment system, laundry, 3 TVs and much more! Built in Onan 10,000K diesel generator with only 303 hours on it and all newer batteries. Tanks are 150 gl Fuel, 120 gl Fresh, 60 gl Grey and 40 gl Black. The coach has Arizona Salvage Title due to left side exterior fire damage. Appears that coach was next to something like a house or another coach that was on fire. This coach was not on fire but got very hot. In the dark areas of the heat damage the foam inside is melted and exterior panels are soft. One rear left compartment exterior panel is missing. All of the windows are original, Everything does work. Inside is in great condition with no cracked or loss tiles. Front leather seat have some wear. We drove this coach from Arizona to Sacramento area California. Coach runs and drives good with no smoke or warning lights on the dash. Is located in Rocklin California and is for sale by a dealer.
