2008 Monte Vista Recreational 5 th Wheel Trailer. Trailer has brand new tires, brand new 12 Gallon Water Heater, brand new propane tanks and brand new toilet. Stove, Oven, Microwave, TV, 2 ducted A/C units, ducted heat, refrigerator, ceiling fan, and on board Eureka vacuum all in good working order. 36’ long. Lots of interior cabinets for storage of food and clothing. Storage underneath for all your camping gear. 3 Slides give ample interior space. Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and pull out couch. Has stand up shower in private bathroom. Carpet freshly cleaned, white chairs have new slip covers. Awning is in ok shape but most likely will need to be replace within a year or two. Has some signs of use, but overall in very nice shape. Non-smoking family.
Mom paid $28000 for this trailer in 2012, used. I used it for about 2 weeks each summer from 2014-2018. In 2019 I purchased a motor home. The township where I live is threatening me with a summons for having 2 rv"s on the property so I need to get this 5th wheel sold. No reasonable offer will be refused. However- please- don"t scam me- DO NOT do the "are you the first owner, is this your final price, why are you selling it, can I wire you the money and send someone to pick it up" . NO, sorry, you can not.
