This trailer is located in Oldbridge NJ. It is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end this auction early. It is a Monte Vista, by Dutchman Make your summer one to remember with this 2008 Monte Vista Recreational 5 th Wheel Trailer. Trailer has brand new tires, just replaced. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Flat screen TV with room for a second tv in the bedroom, 2 ducted A/C units that blow nice cold air, ducted heat, refrigerator, all in good working order. Water Heater needs replacement (current water heater leaks) . Roof is good, no leaks. 36’ long. Lots of interior cabinets for storage of food and clothing etc. Storage underneath for all your camping gear. 3 Slides give ample interior space. Sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and pull out couch. There is enough floor space for an air mattress if you have more people. Nice closet in the front bedroom. On board vacuum. Has stand up shower. Does need wiring work on brakes (wiring was damaged when we blew a tire) however we drove back from Maine with no issues, so it isn"t something that prohibits you using it as is. Batteries were replaced 3 years ago. Has some signs of use, the white chairs need professional cleaning and the carpet has some very light stains but, overall in very nice shape. Non-smoking family.
