Trailer has has hardly been used at all, was ordered and parked at an RV park in Boerne TX for 7 yrs, rarely used and stationary the whole time. I bought it in 2015 and had it moved to my property in New Braunfels, where it has sat unused (except for storage) the whole time. It was ordered with some very good options IMO. Fully insulated walls and ceiling throughout, not just in the RV portion, has a walk-on roof and an extra 12" of ceiling height which makes it 7ft 8in in height inside the and throughout (The rear ramp opening is 7ft 6in in height. I gutted the RV bathroom as I intended to do a custom bathroom and added a small A/C unit to the front bulkhead (didn"t want to run the big overhead A/C, energy saver) IT"s a Badass Trailer. . There are a couple soft spots in the floor 1 near the generator door that leaked and 1 in the bathroom and 1 near 1 of the doors i think. roof is good, no leaks. I have a new 3ft x 3ft shower base and new cabinet with sink that will go with it if you want them. I had intended to buy a nicer RV toilet but never did. I have the build sheet from when it was new and will upload that in the pics section. . clear title in hand. . motivated seller, 1st legit offer will get this bad boy. . Sorry for all my crap in the pics. . walls are all clean and RV portion is very good as well as it has never really been used or lived in. . some cleaning and other work to redo the bathroom and this will be like new. . These trailers outfitted like this 1 go for 50K so i think this is 1 hell of a deal all things considered. .
