Paste link into a browser window: [isdntekvideo] You are looking at a good looking 2008 35FT DUTCHMAN MONTE VISTA 5TH WHEEL BUNK HOUSE This recent bank repo will sleep up to 10 , 4 on 2 fold down dinettes, and 2 in master and 4 in bunk room. This one is pretty unique it has 2 individual bunk rooms and also 2 bathrooms (front and back) We had a small generator hooked to it and the refrigerator came on as well as the ac and microwave (no guarantee) . We also do not know condition of hot water heater and water system All 4 slides are also working .The washer dryer combo did come on but we did not try to use it,
The interior as you can see by the pictures looks good ! cushions, flooring, . No signs of smoking or pet smells, there is a soft spot in the front bedroom closet on the right side (see pictures and video).
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well ,, one soft spot on the front of the roof (see pictures and video) rest of roof looks good ,I walked all over the rest. Awning material needs to be replaced but we do have the frame
Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it over 100 miles and handles well no problem lights worked
ALL IN ALL NOT A BAD PROJECT FOR A GOOD HANDY MAN . SAVE ON EXPENSIVE POPULAR BUNK HOUSE WITH NOT MUCH WORK COULD BE A REAL BARGAIN !
