This recent Bank repo is well equipped and could be a real bargain We plugged it in and all the electrical things were in working order ( refrigerator AC ) we do not know about water system most bank repos are winterized but that is not indicated anywhere. Sleeps 2 in fold out bunks in garage 2 on fold down dinette, 2 on fold out sofa and 2 in bed in master suite (missing mattress)
The interior as you can see by the pictures looks good cushions, carpet , interior trim all in good shape. No sighs of smoking or pet smells, could use light clean up . There is previous water damage in the corners in master , roof has been resealed and it has rained here for the last 12 hours and did not see any signs of leaks (see pictures and video)
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics show a little wear but the rest of the exterior all in good shape. The roof corners have been resealed, the ladder could use some tightening (see pictures and video) The awning works but does have some rips (again pictures and video)
Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles and handles well no problem
