This recent new rv trade with bunks , master bed room, fold out sofa bed, fold down dinette and bunks can sleep up to 8 people .THIS IS A HANDY MANS SPECIAL , Previous water damage , ceiling will need to be replaced We plugged it in and all the electrical things were in working order ( refrigerator AC )
The interior as you can see by the pictures looks good ,there has been some previous leaks in the ceiling in the front which has caused damage to most of the ceiling and molding around slide (see pictures and video) The floor in the back by bunks is also soft. However there are no strange smells. It has rained here within the last few days and I dont see any water laying around
The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well , the graphics and rest of the exterior all in good shape. The awing shows wear and will probably need to be replaced ,as you can see there are pictures of the roof it is soft in the front but did not see any openings
Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 100 miles and handles well no problem
