Only problems-passenger side mirror glass fell out and was replaced with regular glass mirror & one arm of awning is slightly bent, still works fine but doesn"t go up as high Ladder is slightly bent - see pics Minor dings - see pics Currently under extended warranty - transferable through Good Sam
