This is a 5x8 cargo utility trailer that I start doing some work on to convert it to a small camper and never finished. the trailer pulls perfect and go straight. I did install a window and isolated the roof and installed a pine wood covering. I also installed a vent and added a new wheel leg. the trailer is very light and weights only 900 lb or so, not sure 100% but I know it is light. It is the perfect size for one or two people and almost any car can pull it. the trailer has no water leaks and it sealed once closed. you can open the window or turn on the fan. The tires are old and I think need to be replace. everything I did was done professionally, I do construction for a living and didn"t cut any corners doing work on this trailer. it is wired for the fan but I never hooked it up. please see pics and ask any questions. this is no reserve so the highest bid wins. there is slight damage to the back door metal like a little hole in it 9 size of a coin ) that doesn"t affect anything. it is a use trailer and it is not perfect. I took some pics but if you need more I"ll be glad to send. it does have scratches and marks but all and all looks good. inside there is a stain of some kind on the floor and part of the wall and some paneling is loose. it is sold as-is! I will take cash in hand only. I do have the title for it but its no longer needed in Ohio but I have it on the name of the original owner and registration on my name. please ask question if you are not sure about anything.
