This is an amazing 2007 Winnebago Outlook 31C. The price is starting 10k below the others online!
Absolutely gorgeous Class C motorhome. The interior is in Mint condition with the exception of a tiny water stain above the bedroom TV storage area (small leak fixed and stain can be easily bleached out but I don"t want to hide anything!). There also appears to be a dirt stain in the center of the cabin area, it doesn"t look like a water stain and there aren"t any leaks (again this can be bleached out or place a piece of trim over it.
Now for the outside: the awning looks brand new from underneath, however it has delaminated on the top near where it ties into the rv itself. I don"t think it is ready to be replaced but maybe just patched. Again from underneath it looks new with no rips. The only other issue is there is some fading on the areas that have plastic paint protection applied (the 3m clear bra stuff that is on the kick plate under the door and on the front corners were the front wheels can throw rocks up).
Other than those small items this thing is in mint condition. All of the fabric is excellent, the front seats are perfect. All of the cabinets are excellent!
The fridge is ice cold and the water heater is perfect. The slide out works great! Everything is in perfect mechanical condition. The Onan generator starts right up and runs as it should!
