I bought this motorhome new. I have been the only driver. There have never been any pets of any kind in this motorhome. No one in my family smokes and no one else has ever smoked in this motorhome. We just spent several thousand of dollars on the new upgrade. There is a new vinyl felt pad under the water proof flooring. This flooring is highly recommended for R.V. We ordered a new flex steel booth, We also have the chairs that came with the motorhome. A new double recliner wall hugger couch. ( The most comfortable couch I have set on.) Along with two new barrel chairs. This motorhome has been we"ll cared for. I just had the front end aligned with the best tires that Michelin has to offer. ( What a different ) This coach has never been in any flood, or ever had any accident. This motorhome has always been kept inside out of the sun.
