RV is in beautiful condition - recently renovated with new flooring and new upholstery on benches/ chairs. New VERY comfortable futon couch. Newer tires in excellent shape. Everything is working. We have a family of 6 plus dog who sleep comfortably with all of the fold outs into different bedding configurations. Most listings say this model sleeps 8, but that would be very tight for longer stays.

The layout of this model is exceptional in the storage solutions and ability to fit comfortably. We also added a memory foam queen matress that provides a wonderful night sleep.
