This has been our beloved trailer for 10 years with lots of family memories. Kids are grown up, we are downsizing. Master island queen in private room in the front, Double bed with twin bunk in the back. Dinette booth and couch turns into two more sleeping areas! Great AC with ceiling ducts, Gas Heater with floor ducts. Microwave, cold fridge, large pantry, Private toilet and bathtub/shower. Outside shower too. Power jack, large awning, huge slide out. There are a few scrapes and scratches on the outside but all cosmetic. Inside is a "8" out of 10 condition wise. Priced to sell, we bought a new one!
