2007 Western Star 4900 Car Hauler with 2009 Cottrell CX7 next gen strap car trailer. Truck has 771k for miles. Detroit 14liter series 60 diesel that has had bottom end engine work done in the low 500k miles. (Sorry, cannot find RO receipt). Truck had egr deleted when head gasket went out around 680k. New clutch and rear main at 520k. Also new turbo, and air charger at the same time. 13 Speed. Truck is well equipped with heated leather seats, pw/pl. 48" sleeper. Runs and drives great. Fuel gauge does not work, ac loses its freon over the winter. All hydraulics work as they should. Good tires all around.
2009 Cottrell CX7 car trailer. 22" wheels with good tires. Strap tie down. Trailer had "shotgun" deck removed so is now a 6 car hauler. (I do have the deck and hydraulics to return to a 7 car). Good working order.
Truck head rack and trailer were sandblasted and painted in April of 2020.
This is a good running and working Car carrier package. NO EMISSIONS! Some rust, mainly surface rust. Little rot inside trailer axle area (no structural problems) I"ve replaced the bad steel, overall good shape.
