Vehicle description

Greetings All!
Up for sale is my Class A Toy Hauler
This is a Damon (Thor) outlaw toy hauler built on Chevy Workhorse platform with Allison Transmission
Has 47000 miles on a clock, 2400 hours on genset; Clear Title; I believe I am a second owner; Comes with all the docs issued to the original owners;
Everything works as it should for the most part; It needs minor TLC here an there; Read On
The good
Engine is strong; Transmission works great;
Everything works as it should;
There is a minor exhaust leak from exhaust manifold gasket, catalytic to DP gasket or both; There is no smell but you can here it; DIY or pay shop around 1k$; Should be addressed on next service; No visible leaks. All fluids are ok. Mechanics are ok. Has hydraulic leveling: works great;
Has Two AC: both work (with heating option);
Has Furnace: works great;
Has Water Heater: works great as well;
Has Reefer: works great;
Most lighting changed to LED;
Has Satellite Dish: I think it works though I never actually used it (TV Has HDMI hence Netflix)
Has Two TVs: both work
Has Awesome about 8" garage
Has sweet upgrades such as work bench, shelving, et.c.
Newer house battery
Newer starting battery Solid roof, no leaks
Solid canopy
ENTIRE THING IS TAPED WITH ECONOBOND TAPE TO PREVENT ANY FUTURE LEAKS, THERE IS ABOUT 1500$ WORTH OF TAPE ON THIS THING Lots of other things I don"t remember
The bad: Needs good cleaning, it isn"t terrible dirty but still can use some cleaning
Flooring is partially torn as seen on picture, easy DIY for those who can (I can"t, sorry)
Exhaust leak described above;
There was a minor leak on the slide out; Leak had been fixed but that section is a little soft; I was thinking about putting a doubler but never got to do it;
Something snapped in the awning right arm; It won"t expand no more; My plan was to remove the stupid thing all together;
Bottom Line
Overall everything is DIY and within expectation pertaining to its age; Asking price reflects those deficiencies
