Vehicle description
For Sale: Again.
This fun car is a 2007 Saturn Sky two-seater convertible, which is no longer made. This is the first year this rare collectible was produced. Parts and service are still provided by GM. You can"t drive a day without someone commenting on how nice a car this is. The vehicle is in Very Good- Excellent shape. Customized with amber LED lights in the “gills” to help with lane changes. With less than 34,000 miles on it, this hot rod zoomer is barely broken in. The steering ratio tightens up the faster you go, and it really hugs the road with it"s fat tires. Not like it"s a big deal, but the radio (AM/ FM/ XM/ CD) also increases volume as you increase speed. “On-Star” is on board. 5 Speed. Clear title, of course. I hate to sell it, but my wife switched jobs and now she"s making deliveries; there"s just not enough room in the Sky for that. The only issues with the car are: The E-Brake needs tightening, and from the driver"s control switch, both outside mirrors will go up and right, but not down and left. I just haven"t pulled the door panel to fix the one ground wire that I"m sure is disconnected at the switch. Everything else works A+. Garage kept it"s whole life. Original owner, no accidents. Regularly serviced thru Saturn, then GM, then Schnaubles Automotive in Westminster, MD. Go out there and get the wind in your hair ! For those of you who think this listing looks familiar, it should. The car was sold in May of this year on eBay. The buyer sent the deposit, then I didn"t hear from him. I contacted him and he said his wife had died suddenly the night before last, and he wanted to cancel the sale because everything was tied up in probate. I told him I would give him time to recover, when he did, he said he wanted to cancel the deal. By then it was too late to get a refund from eBay on the selling fee. So, here we are again, there"s plenty of summer left. P.S., I honestly don"t care if this sells or not. Retirement is coming. It"s costing me nothing to store it and start it up every month. Dave
