This 2007 Chevy Roadtrek 190 Versatile, a rare find, is considered the SUV"s of camper vans. It"s easy to drive, has a very smooth ride, and can glide into a standard parking spot. Cushy, comfortable captain"s chairs that provide lumbar support swivel from front to back to face a dining table. Everything works! The kitchen has a sink, fridge, 2-burner propane stove. It’s equipped with a heater, air conditioner, 2-tank freshwater system with new pump, custom full-sized mattress, and an Onan RV Generator AB-2012-02. The owner, my late father, had a fluids-only toilet policy but the macerator can handle the normal waste. Its elegant wood veneer cabinets provide an extremely cozy second vacation home.The Chevy Express 3500 van engine has been regularly maintained. September 2021 oil and filter were changed, rear differential and brake fluids were flushed and replaced, and it was winterized. April 2021 new brakes and rotors were installed. Custom tires are less than 2 years old. I have all service records and owners" manuals. Registration is current. Vehicle also had recent service and inspection and I have all the paperwork. Cosmetic defects: There are some scratches and dings and minor body damage from trying to park it. Much of it is on the fiberglass trim which can be relatively easy to repair. (please see pics).
