Vehicle description

This is the last of the simple high-MPG, (22-25mpg), Sprinters and the one to own especially if you want to drive outside the States.
Includes the standard list of Roadtrek features plus 2.5KW Onan Propane Generator, Dometic 3-Way refrigerator, 11,000-BTU Low-Profile Rooftop AC, 9" 10" Power Awning, Fully Enclosed Wet-Bath, External BBQ hookup, outside shower, Solid Surface Countertop and a swing out TV/DVD.
We are the second owners who bought it from the original owner in December of 2010. I should say my father as I we got it for him but I do all the maintenance, (I have my own later model Airstream Interstate). My dad is now 87 so his days of RVing are probably behind him.
This is the last of the Mercedes T1N Sprinters, (Chassis year is 2006 with a 2007 Roadtrek VIN), and frankly it requires a lot less tinkering as it has far less emission equipment then any of the next generation Sprinters. This RV is winterized and the macerator was just replaced as it was weak. My dad has only gone cross country once since he"s had it and just a couple of shorter trips to Florida & Maine. Michelin LTX tires are practically new and I do an annual oil change regardless of the low miles accumulated. The only defects are the vinyl floor is coming up, (see pictures), and the backup camera is a little cloudy but easily replaced. I would replace all the vinyl but it"s better if the new owner chooses colors or could do a wood/carpet/laminate change. No issues at all with this van and I"ve upgraded the only issue these vans have, the plastic resonator replaced with the aftermarket metal one. The I5 T1N is also capable of traveling into Mexico whereas the later models, (especially the 2010+), will have issues with LSD instead of the ULSD we have here.
