Vehicle description
This is a 2007 Roadtrek 190 built on a Chevrolet Express 3500 extended van with the 6.0L V8.
Equipped with: 3-way Dometic refrigerator; propane tank, furnace and 2 burner stove, water heater, water pump, rooftop A/C, microwave, toilet, shower, kitchen sink, holding tanks. Front seats swivel. 1 large deep cycle house battery (has room for one more if desired), Onan gasoline generator.
The van has power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, tilt steering column, FM/CD radio, rear view camera, trailer brake controller and a Class 5 trailer hitch.
The van is in excellent condition mechanically. Tires have 75% tread. Runs and drives smooth, A/C is cold, every power function and gauge works, and the dashboard has no warning lights or codes.
Generator starts and runs well. Rooftop A/C blows cold.
Previous owner upgraded the front seats with Dodge Grand Caravan middle row leather seats. They have thin seat backs and thus allow the driver seat to recline farther out. If you are 6" or taller, it"s a great improvement in comfort. The seat backs also fold, and seats swivel when camping.
All vehicle power functions work well, it drives smooth with no warning lights, and has a lot of power. CA smog check and rebuilt title in hand.
Title is rebuilt due to minor accident in the RH front fender of the van that occurred in 2020. All damaged parts were replaced: van has new fender, hood, bumper, headlights, radiator, condenser, grille and battery tray. All panel gaps are in check and function properly. Vehicle has fresh alignment and operates just like it came from the factory. There was no frame damage or airbag deployment. Both fenders and hood have been repainted as you can see they are missing the decals.
Cosmetic defects include some peeling clear coat on the ground effects and on the roof of the van.
Vehicle is offered for sale by a licensed California vehicle dealer. Pick up in person or we can arrange shipping. I am a one man operation and have no insane doc fees. Just the sales tax (if you pick up in CA), $50 smog fee and (for CA residents) DMV registration at-cost.
