Auction is for camper only, it"s a 2007 Arctic Fox 990 made by Northwood with slide, refer to link of original brochure with specifications and details on the 990. Master is a queen size and the spare bed is a full 6 foot 4 in length. Dry weight 3205. Comes with, Onan 3500 generator that runs on LP. Runs A/C and microwave just fine. I have installed, new this year, 2) 6v batteries for those long dry camp days. I can run 10 days and still have power. I do have a solar panel on top to help keep the charging going. 12v LED charging system under the guest bed for cell phones etc. I also wired in CPAP outlets and USB chargers on both side of the main bed, use without humidifier will give you a week without having to charge system. Slide works great as I"ve kept up with the minimal maintenance required. Everything works and no leaks or damage. I installed a small awning on the driver"s side with a low positioning. Camera mounted on rear of camper. Camper is in excellent shape for it"s age, always stored in garage when not using. This is a 4 season camper and I believe it is the best camper on the market. Don"t pay 42k for a new one, buy this one for a fraction of the cost. Comes with tie downs. Email me for a delivery quote.
