Vehicle description
2007 National pacifica pc40d,full body paint, quad slide, bath and a half motorhome. 400 hp cat engine
allison automatic transmission.exhaust brake. 29,000 miles. onan 8000 generator with
437 hours.I replaced all 6 tires in 2014 with michelin. 4 brand new interstate coach batteries
3 months ago (2017) .I bought this coach in 2014 from and insurance company auction
with a flood branded title. although the title being branded as a flood, this coach was
damaged in hurricane sandy by branches falling on the roof and cracking the one piece
fiberglass roof. Not being submerged in water. ( I have all documentation and repair invoices) The original owners insurance company paid a rv center in west chester
pa over 18,000 to repair the roof after the damage from the storm. 2 months after the 18,000
cob job repair, the owner was not satisfied with the repair and contacted his insurance
company and demanded it be totaled. In 2014 when i bought it, i had eternabond taped a
few cracks in the fiberglass roof and have driven it 3 years with no problems. This past winter,
I completely replaced the entire roof the way it should have been done the first time. one
40 foot sheet of filon fiberglass, .045 thick. Just like the factory roof was done. While i
replaced the roof, I also replaced all vents, fridge vent, also replaced all 4 slide toppers
with tough top awnings, and door awning. The roof is like factory installed. ( no pos
edpm, rubber crap) I bought this coach with 21k miles and have since went to fort wilderness
the past three years and a few local campsites. I have serviced the motor and onan each
year, oil filters, fuel filters, water separators, air, etc. The only reason i am selling is that, we
are looking to buy a 42-45 footer with bunk beds. This coach has been stored in my shop, heated
and cooled since i have owned it. The coach has a sleep number king bed in rear area and a full size bed
/pullout couch with air mattress in the front area. The kitchen side couch is a dual
recliner. The coach has ceramic tile floors in front area, carpet in rear bedroom. plenty of
storage throughout, washer/dryer combo .I replaced all tvs this year with pro scan flat
screens, with new dvd/ home theater system. This motorhome has made great
memories with our family, If you are looking for a great deal on a coach that you can drive for a
a few years and not lose 50 grand, this is it.This same coach without the salvage history is
over $100,000 with these miles. This is a 2007 model year, and just like any other rv, it is not
perfect. it has a few scratches and repairs through the years. I have been shopping lately
and looking at 260,000 rv.s that have more imperfections than mine. This is a great coach
for the money, and i would not hesitate to drive this anywhere. I am old school, if you are interested,

if you are able. I would love to go over all the features, and show you how everything
operates on the coach. I do not need money, nor am i eating ramon noodles, so please ,no
stupid offers. Other features of the coach are , power reel for outside 50 amp power cord,
