J.D. Power NADA Retail Book Value currently is $104,000.
If you are in the market, you have already been by the big dealers I assume, and want to make a distinguishing point:
I am a small outfit, doing repairs and restoration of customers RVs. I always have one or two Class A Diesels I purchase as REPOs or resale. The difference is, I actually travel in the rigs I sell on, a "Shakeout Tour" if you will. I feel it is the only way to find all the little things the coach needs to be repaired. I think you will find that the larger RV dealers do absolutely nothing but make their coaches appear nice, but have no idea how the systems work. They may even charge you for the power cord that they have removed, WHAT?
This Diplomat has been to the Las Vegas heat and back with no problems, A/C units running full time off the Gen Set. All the systems have been stressed so I can assure that all is well. I still have to replace the slideout awnings when the material arrives, they were original and quite weathered.
Here is a list of the failures the had to be replaced; Chassis Batteries, Entry Step Motor, Enter Step Cover Motor, Door Awning Motor, Entry Door Stay Arm, Backup Camera, the Refrigerator's Temp Sensor, Dash Radio (now a 7" Touchscreen GPS), Off Air TV Antenna (now Digital), ALl the Slideroom Awnings, they were quite weathered and a handful of Cabinet Door latches.
Upgrades added; HD Headlights, Tire Pressure Monitor (TPS), LED bulbs for the interior, Bedroom TV (was non-digital) and a positive lock for the Sliding Closet Doors which the factory never got right (not strong enough to handle the road movement).
Upgrades that came with the coach; Tyron Runflat Bands in the Kelly Tires replaced in 2015 and a VistaShade Awning Shade Drop added when the main awning material was replaces.
The original window stick is shown to list all the equipment and options for your info. This floor plan was one of the first mid livingroom layouts with the center TV, not the front overhead. The coach has Birch Cabinetry, a nice Fabric Sofa Sleeper with matching foot stool and a dark navy leather Jack Sofa and the bed is a queen Sleep Number.
