Here is my 2007 Majestic 23A motorhome. It’s 25 feet long, 12ft clearance. Pretty nimble, easy to drive and park. Fits any RV park. This is a very popular model from Cruise America, you can find many videos and photos of its exterior and interior in Internet.
Special things in my RV: - there is no internal generator, I have external Champion 3100. You can use a platform and put it in the back and use while driving (see photos of the back) - brand new vent fan above main bed, it’s luxury Fan-Tastic with it/out fan and temperature control - wireless backup camera - power inverter 750W, you can charge your devices like laptop
Every single feature of this home works fine. I just maintained water heater and many other parts of the RV. Water pump, fridge (electric / gas), furnance, microwave, gas stove. MPG is average for motorhome with V8 - around 8-10 mpg. Many closets and huge storage in the back. Overall condition of interior is 4.5 out of 5 (because it’s not brand new of course). No smoking.
It was in rental from 2007 to 2012 up to 140k miles. Then it was sold to a private person. In 2016 it was stolen. Then it was found and got salvage title. The only things changed after the theft are stolen generator, awning and microwave. I bought it in 2018 in CA for a trip and now the trip is over so I don’t need it anymore. I’ve changed oil several months ago, put a new coach and car battery and drove about 3k miles on it with no issues.
