The lights, tires, and brakes work and it tows beautiful with a weight distributing hitch. This camper has propane heat, air conditioning, hot water, indoor and outdoor showers, microwave, stove and oven, large refrigerator and freezer, television with dvd player, AM/FM radio with speakers, hook up for outdoor grill (sidekick), full length awning, stabilizer jacks, 55amp power converter, 1 battery, 1 propane tank just to show they function buy more if you want it. Everything works and there arent any leaks this will last another couple decades with maintenance and care.
