Vehicle description

Greetings Bidders! After much deliberation within the family, we have finally decided to sell the Outback for newer projects we are doing. It comes with lots of memories of our kiddos growing up and each bringing their friends as this model can sleep a lot of peeps; we’ve had 8 before. Nonetheless, as one teen is an adult now and the others are getting bigger, it is time for us to move on.
The Bad, Ugly and Good:
Bad: -This is not a brand new camper and shows some years of good use. -The delam on the front has been there since we bought the camper in 2011. I went through and sealed the camper thoroughly with intentions of fixing it, but never got around to it. The delam has remained about the same and than it was when we bought it with no further water issues in that area. -There is some delam in the back and softness under the window. Once again, like that when we purchased it and after proper sealing has not got any worse.
Ugly: - The graphics are pretty worn and gone from the front and shrinking on the sides (make sure you read the good for more on this). -The inside white laminate is peeling in some areas after years of being used.
Good: -I have tried my best at all times to keep this unit in tip top shape for its age. We camped in it just two weeks ago in Asheville, NC and had a blast! And that was with 2 adults, 4 adult teens, and a 10 year old. -Recently Maryland inspected and registered, clean and clear title. -Though it has delam and the graphics are worn, I contacted Outback soon after purchasing, and under warranty, I was sent a good bit of graphics that can be reapplied on the unit. I was waiting to replace the front before fixing all the graphics, but due to time constraints, I wasnt able to get around to the front, and the graphics will be included in the sale. -The trailer received a full going through in April of 2016 in preparation for a 3 week trip around Lake Michigan (best trip ever! ) to include: -Brand new Coleman Mach 3 A/C unit with original Carrier auto control conversion. .this allows you to set the temperature of the A/C, leave the camper and it will maintain the temperature without running cold all day (just like your house A/C). -New complete set of wheels and tires. -New Awning -New Battery -New Inverter . .along with a very thorough cleaning!
Upon purchase, we will let all of the supplies we have for it go: -Wheel chocks and lock -2 bags of leveling blocks -2 ground mats, 1 very large and 1 smaller one -LED lights that can hook on the awning -A box of parts that are good to have on hand for little pieces that often break: door holder latches, etc. -Premium sewer hose, with adapters -Water hose with water filter and pressure regulator -Electrical hookup surge protector -I am also willing to throw in my 12,000 lb / 1,200 lb. tongue (not a typo) weight distribution hitch. When I bought the camper that is the only WDH the place had at the time
As long as you have a brake controller all this would make a 1/2 ton Truck with the proper engine plug and play!
