This trailer has been stored inside a heated/air conditioned garage since we bought new in 2009. It is 33ft in length, dry weight is 7,580 with a payload capacity of 2,420 lbs. It has one power slideout. I could not slide it all the way out in the pictures in my garage. It has an 18ft awning. We did a number of upgrades to it. 1. A battery disconnect that you can operate when you go in or out the door. It shuts off the all of the voltage from the battery except to the refrigerator. 2. There is a heat strip in the AC. 3. Upgraded thermostat. 4. Under trailer spare tire mount. 5. Central Vacuum. 6. We put in a flat screen TV and this gave us space to add extra cabinet space above the toilet. We bought two new cabinet doors from Keystone to match. This worked out great. 7. Max air vent covers 8. 110 volt surge protector. 9. LED light bulbs. 10. New upgraded facets. 11. New Stereo. This is the only thing that does not work right. It will not play a CD/DVD disc. It will also come with a new battery and a new hitch. This trailer is like new!
