2007 EVEREST 5th WHEEL CAMPER BY KEYSTONE
You are bidding on a 2007 Keystone Everest Fifth Wheel camper. This unit is a four season, thirty-five feet in length, with three slides. Occupied by two non-smoking adults
The Queen size bed has a new mattress that would normally be used in your home~~very thick and very comfy! Very spacious and very clean inside and out. We have a washer/dryer hook-up in the closet behind sliding mirrored doors, which has never been used. Plenty of storage under the bed. There is also wiring for a second air conditioner in the bedroom.
There is a louvered divider (never opened) to separate the bed from the bathroom sink, shower and toilet.
The day/night shade in the rear needs to be restrung on one side.
IT’S YOUR CHOICE: We replaced the original couch with a comfortable twin bed with a King Koil spine support mattress and box spring. We have the couch in our smoke free home (never opened up to a bed and in a room that is rarely used) Who ever purchases the camper will have their choice of the couch or the bed. I have included pictures of both.
A nice feature to this floor plan is having access to the refrigerator, sink, stove and bathroom when the slides are closed. Very convenient when traveling to pull over and make lunch. We had extra shelving built into the kitchen cabinet and the cabinet under the TV.
All new heavy duty Duraturn Tires. (size ST 235/85 R16) They were purchased in August 2017, with less than 1000 miles on them. Mor/Ryde suspension. Elec/Gas refrigerator, outside shower, three holding tanks, never used fresh water tank, 10 gallon hot water heater (elec.& gas), Fantastic fan/vent, day/night shades. The large awning was replaced in June of 2016. The three slide outs have covers over the tops.
I have included photos of repaired damage due to two tire blow outs ~~ Hence, the purchase of 4 new tires. Fender flares have been replaced (see photo)
