Non smoker, no pets. . We have owned this trailer for a little over a year and we have truly loved it! Use your smart phone to quickly hook up to the Epson High Def projector, and pair up with an upgraded Kenwood touch screen Stereo head unit. Kicker speakers and amp installed for a killer surround sound setup. With an unlimited data plan you can stream Netflix, Hulu, or whatever choice video streaming app from virtually anywhere! We do have a cell signal enhancer we used on this coach for a additional cost if interested. The Generator fires right up and runs off of a large rear mounted fuel tank for easy servicing. This coach can sleep up to 8 people and even more with a quick air mattress setup in the garage area! Currently registered and clean title in hand! I have (6) propane tanks available with the purchase of this trailer: (2) 40 lbs tanks less than a year old, (2) 30 lbs tanks maybe 2 years old, and (2) 20 lbs tanks less than 6 months old.
