Furnace, AC, Refrigerator, Microwave and Stove all work well, Oven needs minor repairs. Suspension is in good condition, one axle has been recently replaced, tires are in good condition. Slideout works well. Brake and turn lights work Electric Brakes work (requires brake controller in tow vehicle). Water pump and heater work (currently winterized and water heater bypassed) Has bunks in front, lower bunk folds to allow bikes (up to 3-4 bikes depending on size and configuration).
