Selling our family RV, we have owned since 2013 and used for family vacations and day trips. It has always been stored inside a heated storage facility. I will list some of the details that I know about the current state of the RV. I have replaced the following components: front roof top A/C(2015), inverter/charger (2016), step motor (2016) and batteries (2018). The fridge failed before a family vacation last year and a replacement was not available before we left so I installed a standard refrigerator to make the trip that will be removed before sale. The road side full length slide top awning fabric has a tear and needs to be replaced, does not impact the slide function. The back radiator screen paint was peeling off so I had it repainted and used black paint instead of trying to match the burgundy paint. I am unaware of any drivetrain issues, other than normal services we have not had any issues at all with this rig. This unit was ordered from factory with all available options.
