Up for sale is a 2007 Holiday Rambler Neptune 36PDQ. This is a company owned RV and has been on the road full time for the past 2 years (same 2 people driving/living in it). Over the past 2 years there have been close to $20,000 spent on maintenance and repairs (have most of the receipts). No expense was spared on repairs and maintenance because it was used for business. About a year ago we put over $14,000 into repairs including:
- Suspension completely replaced (new shocks, airbags, bushings, etc.)
- Air brake system fully serviced (new drums, pads, etc.)
- Roof was resealed
- Windshield was resealed (new gasket)
- New batteries (house and chassis)
- Leveling system fully serviced
- AC units fully serviced
- Refrigerator repairs/updates (floor underneath refrigerator was replaced)
- Slide outs serviced
- And many other smaller repairs (have the bill)
Every 6 months the engine, generator and chassis were fully serviced including oil change, fuel filters, air filter, grease chassis, etc. There are some small cosmetic issues, but mechanically this RV is very reliable and well taken care of.
