selling our 2007 Hart 3 horse , interior had water damage after last years Hurricane - ( we believe window was left slightly open - maybe minor leak around roof top A.C. ) Trailer wasn"t damaged from trees or anything of such. I removed the interior paneling due to water ( moisture ) . Needs new fabric for awning ( Florida Sun has ruined it ) and tires . Selling As Is - the only reason selling is Son is off to College and trailer hasn"t been used in a few years . Listing locally as well ( Sarasota , Florida ) may remove from here if sell locally .
