2007 Gulf Stream INNSBRUCK Supreme Series M-265FKS Travel Trailer Front Kitchen with Slide (FKS): 42" amazing super slide holding both sofa and dinette to create a large open space!

We purchased this unit in 2008 brand new so it is a one owner unit! We had a larger unit before and wanted something easier to travel with, but still enough space to feel comfortable too. We will miss it, but life changes and so our camping days are too!
The kitchen area has more storage than most, three tall cabinets (one of our favorite things about this unit); it has a gas stove and a covered 3-burner range top and oven (both barely used) with a perfectly working overhead microwave, large refrigerator and freezer also work great! We upgraded the sink to a double stainless steel for this sale, so it"s never been used. Lots of overhead and under cabinetry with easy two sided access and a kitchen window!
In the living room area, the dinette table easily collapses into a full size bed, and the couch opens to a full size bed as well, very comfy for two on each, if needed. Additional overhead storage above the sofa with glass cabiinet doors is great, and there is storage under the sofa accesible from inside by lifting the couch (hydrolic lifting is easy) or from the outside. There is also more storage under one of the seats of the dinette, and a deep drawer that pulls out from under the other dinette seat (see pics). The large cabinet near the door holds just about anything. .including 3 guitars and more! Perfect for a campfire moment. And there are lots of windows on the superslide pushout!
A separate bathroom with a wood door includes a tall domed shower and raised toilet (comfortable) with towel and paper storage area plus an overhead cabinet, and there is a separate vanity and mirror area across the hall which my wife loved for her personal area. She always loved the lighting, said it was perfect for makeup!
The bedroom is fantastic, lots of storage including a tall closet for full length dresses or pants to hang and overhead storage cabinets, and a hard wood sliding door for privacy plus nice windows and an overhead skylight. The closets and cabinets are all nicely deep! The bed also lifts for more storage and can be accessed easily from the foot of the bed as well.
AC unit distributes air evenly throughout each room and works great! Many of our friends noted that our unit was insulated well as it always holds its temperature better than most. All electrical equipment is working perfectly. There are 4 leveling jacks and an electric hitch installed for more convenience. The outside is in very good condition with no dents or scratches, just the usual wear for the age and I feel better than most. We have nicely maintained the interior and have had the exterior professionally washed and detailed for sale. The exterior stickers are coming off a bit (see photos), but that"s normal for its age. Heater is gas, hot water tank is gas or electric (change it outside by the electric area). They work great!
There is also good storage outside, one long bin opened from both sides for lots of chairs, tables and mats! Another on the side (goes under the couch) and two small ones up front left and right for tire levelers and more items!
This is a beautiful camper and it has been very much loved and maintained!
