This bus is in poor condition – will not start,stop system light is on. Missing/damaged engine pulley, front exteriorenclosure panel, ramp motor and module, and air gauge. Thereserve price for this vehicle is set at $2000. VehiclePickup Dueto security issues, the following criteria must be followed – NO EXCEPTIONS All winning bidders who wish to enter CDTA property must sign in and present a valid photo ID All winning bidders who wish to enter CDTA must be accompanied by a CDTA staff member at all times No work may be done on the bus on CDTA property. CDTA’s mechanics will not be available to charge the batteries, replace flat tires, etc. Vehicle must be towed. There can be no attempts to drive the vehicle off the lot, even if it runs perfectly. Once the vehicle is off of CDTA’s property, it cannot be brought back on. Availability Vehiclepickup must be made between 9:00am and 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, excludingholidays. New YorkState buyers must pay 8% sales tax on this purchase. Tax-exempt buyersmust present valid tax-exemption paperwork (resale certificate, tax-exemptform, etc.) Buyer must provide 24 business hours’ notice, with approvalby CDTA, prior to vehicle pick up. CDTA accepts Cash-in Person, CertifiedBank Checks, and Paypal ONLY. Note– Prior to vehicle removal, winning bidder will be required to sign a bill ofsale, in order for CDTA to track its" disposal of surplus vehicles.
