Very comfortable Class A Motor Home for sale
I have been living in this RV as a full timer for 2 years. Selling it now because I don"t need it anymore.

It is fully equipped with everything from pots, pans, dishes, linens, lawn chairs, table, etc.
Clean title Length 32 ft. 2 slideouts Sleeps 6 Easy to drive Only 35,000 miles on the Odometer 2 roof ACs => failsafe! Led lighting Backup Camera Trailer Hitch Power Awning 2 flat screen TVs (main area & bedroom) motorized satellite antenna 1 Queen size bed in private bedroom dinette (folds down and sleeps 2 children), jackknife standard size couch sleeps 2 adults. sleeps 6 total and there is enough space for an air mattress for 2 more people. 1 slide out in the bedroom and one in the main area. residential fridge which has a lot of advantages (better cooling, much lower energy consumption, more cooling space) but it cannot run off propane. So the generator must be running when the fridge is in use and there is no shore power connection.
New parts: new vinyl flooring in dark wood style, new shower, new toilet, new kitchen and bathroom wall backdrop. all 6 tires new, new crank battery, new house batteries (3x), new alternator
The engine, the brakes, and the generator have just been serviced.
Rear back up camera hydraulic auto leveling system.
Layout: Private bathroom and side aisle layout create a functional floor plan. Tons of storage.
Value: NADA estimate between 32.6 - 39.2K. Sad to see it go but it is a must sell.
Damages: small cosmetic damage at the rear right side (see photos).
