The RV is overall in excellent condition. All functions have been tested and work properly. It does need some cosmetic work done on it. There is some water damage from a previous leak that has been fixed. The bedroom wall needs to be replaced by the buyer. I got a quote for $2,000 to do that. Otherwise, it is in great condition. The couch has a pull-out bed. I have several more pictures of the inside, so email or text me. I will have it inside and out detailed before it is purchased. The owner is older and does not know how to use the internet so he has asked me to sell his Rv for him. We will take offers, and I am flexible on the price. I just need it gone asap. He has medical bills and we just really need the money. Feel free to come to look at it and test drive it.
